Travel to Latvia
Latvia is simply amazing. Situated on the Baltic sea, it has 500 kilometers of beaches, green pristine forests, beautiful old fishing villages, and lovely Riga. Dating back to the 12th century, Riga, European Culture Capital of 2014, has an amazing number of Art Nouveau buildings in the picturesque old town. It has a lively atmosphere with nice restaurants, cafes and museums and some fascinating areas, like Bergs Bazaar, right in the center of town or creative Kalnciems quarter with great venues for events. Latvia is also blessed with other city treasures, like Pārdaugava –where you step back into the 19th century, or towns like Cesis or Sigulda - knicknamed the Switzerland of Vidzeme.
